Profile:

5 years’ + experience (intermediate to senior level);

South African citizen;

BSc degree or B-tech

Someone who has headed a QS department before will receive preference;

Cost to Company R40-50k depending on qualification and experience

Experience/ Background:

Commercial buildings;

Complexes/ Estates;

Conversions of buildings from e.g. commercial building to living spaces/ apartments
